Gulden’s spicy brown mustard is one of those things that i can’t live without. You can keep your Dijon, Gulden’s is the All-American, homegrown hero that I reach for whether I’m making a ham and cheese sandwich a vinagrette or as the secret ingredient for herb roasted potatoes. The best part is that I can get it at the bodega for two bucks.
I’m hard pressed to think of any food item that is as cheap, ubiquitous and delicious except maybe Evan Williams.
