You probably also don’t want to brew beer with the owner of Brooklyn Brewery or roast a pig or make pizza in a wood fired oven. You could do that anywhere, I mean really, the Maine Event isn’t worth it. Too expensive. Too much time. You don’t want to learn to butcher or make quanciale or get to slaughter and process a chicken and then take a trip on a schooner. Shiiit. You could do that anywhere.
